Don't know about free but on T/Th for 99 cents Applebee's has great kids meals!
Oh, in Omaha I think they eat free at Grisanti's on Monday and Tues nights but not absolute certain...

Valentinos: Kids eat free on Tuesdays in Lincoln. (Not sure about other towns, but would assume this applies to all locations) This includes the Grand Buffet on 70th as well.
