Can you tell me how giving unemployment for 2 years going to help the ecomony? Giving tax cuts to corporations can have an adverse effect on the unemployment. It could actually give companies a reason to expand which would create jobs. Increasing social programs never helped the ecomony. If it did then greece, spain and the rest of europe would be doing a lot better then they are now. In many european countries people pay 50 percent of their pay to taxes. Is that what you want here?

Yeah good old Harry (and the rest of the liberals) HATE casinos, gambling, and the construction that keeps it going.

Partly it was the casinos fault, they moved away from a successful business model to make vegas more "High end" but for the most part the left wants to turn Vegas into some kind of non gambling solar farm with green jobs and recycling plants all over the place.. lol

Hmmm, was considering moving to Minden/Gardnerville area sometime in 2012, it's probably difficult enough to find a job there in a thriving economy!
