Can an HOA refuse all pets, (15 lb dog)
even if its a medically required pet?
Is that a violation of ADA?
Any precedent setting lawsuits?

Thanks so much...

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong but I believe that it is a FEDERAL law that a registered service dog can go anywhere a human can go. In a housing situation, I believe it's a FHA/HUD law (and not necessarily an ADA requirement) so I would think it supersedes any HOA restriction. But again, I'm guessing.

It is a bit of semantics, but a service animal is not a pet.
