Is he serious? The brothels are in tiny out of the way places and pay a crazy amount of tax money the state needs. If businesses aren't moving to Nevada it's more likely to be other things.

The Brothels in Winnemucca are in the center of town

HAR HAR HAR! Not exactly true! More like 5 miles to the next town, and they are NOT in plain sight. Use google maps. For the rest there are no major airports and can only be reached by car or greyhound bus and Pahrump can only be reached by car alone. I know, I visit there often.

there is a private airport in Carson and The houses in Patrick are not far from Reno Airport.

The Reno-Carson area is a wee bit of an exception, but you still need a car or taxi to get to those places. Private plane to Carson City sounds expensive. Renting a car would be a must especially if you want to get to all those brothels Mound House.
