It is simply local custom. I would guess less than 1 in 20 meet the 60 day requirement. My suggesting is that they both agree...the license and regustration should come from the same state.

No, all the excessive growth is not a good thing. i wish for all the 6,000 that move here a month that 10,000 would leave.

So how do the long term visitors manage? Say you come down here, you like the area rent a weekly hotel, you know like retiree's do. If you have a place in another state then how does that work out? Or if you have a RV, how does that work?

Pre-Paid insurance moneys would be refunded to you as soon as you purchased another policy.

People would do that because the state of Nevada does not have state income tax, however it charges relatively high Car Registration fees(based on the MSRP of your car) in order to collect revenue for the state.

I believe that if you spend >50% of your time in LV that is where you are a resident.
