Information about buying land in Stagecoach, NV -GovGrants-Organic Gardening- Vineyard-Etc...
I notice there are a lot of threads on here and I will try to read as MANY as I can.
I am interested in some rural land in Stagecoach N. NV.
I like to get info on Government funding.
I'm interesting in solar energy and also starting a organic garden and vineyard.
I have found 20 acres I am interested in. it has hookups on one of the 3 parcels but it has been vacant for over 10 yrs. Realtor told me that the owners are 4 brothers and one needs to get a power of attorney to make the sale go forward. Apparently, the parents past away over 10 yrs ago and the home on the hook up parcel burnt down
I want to build a stick home with a pool, tennis court, golf putting area, organic garden, 4-6 car garage, if possible if i can have a guest house on the property for a grounds keeper & maid. I would also be interested in a 2 lane indoor bowling alley.
