In light of the new jobs report, are things really much better in Nevada?

I am not looking for a partisan debate, but as a swing state I am curious what, if anything this means for us.

I don't even really know how many are without work these days. If I have to ask, "are we getting better?" I feel like it means that maybe we aren't.

Things aren't really worse though.

Feelings, thoughts, fears?

Download the August 2012 DETR - Nevada Labor Market Overview and it shows Nevada still sucks for its employment outlook. Unfortunately this is a consequence of a state ran with an old boy type network, when things are good they all sit around patting each other on their backs for conditions they did not create, then when times get hard they hide. Also, Nevada has the benefit of electing corrupt politicians on both sides of the isle, Gibbons and Guinn being attestation.
