Any Love in Lovelock Nevada?
Can anyone tell me about this place  I'm planning on doing a little driving this summer.

It's a small community, friendly people, growing just a little bit. Apparently the old time ranchers don't much like progress so they keep voting out new business, for me I like that but for others who want to raise a family there it's not favorable for kids to grow up and stick around as there is no work to be found immediately. It's my understanding that a strip mall is trying to get in there not yet sure what kind of businesses they plan to bring in.
I have five acres out there that I will be builiding on so I'm there only a couple of times a year before we retire and every time I visit it's so inviting with the folks being very friendly and welcoming a new face.

There are several place my husband and I are thinking about relocating. He wants the upper mid-west and I'm leaning to stay west. He's originally from North Carolina and I been raised in California all my life - city girl. Just folks looking to move to a nice place.

No, For God Sake's Dont Come To Lovelock, Nv!!!!!!!
No for god sake's dont come to lovelock, Nv. This is near where they faked the moon landing for crying out loud this is not a place to be in touring the state go to fallon or reno but not lovelock. Reason being is because nothing ever happens here there are NO repeat NOOOOOO jobs in this town there is no love in Lovelock. Lock your love in Lovelock MY ASS!!!!!! Go some place else but if you come here you'll be trapped like the rest of us.

Sure you can find some love in the county Prison...lol WInnimucca is a fun town and like someone mentioned the "ranches" aka brothels............ but, I'd avoid that and spend your money at a casino in WInny instead. Thats where they make pringles potato chips
