Does anyone know of any High Rises HOA in Las Vegas that does not require a background check on the renter?

Nope. I would be amazed if one existed.

If there are also owners in the same building it is illegal for an HOA to make a renter provide any information that it also did not require a homeowner to provide. So if the homeowners did not do a background check then they can not require renters to do a background check; Nevada Law.

But the owner of a condo (or single family home) could certainly run a background check on a potential tenant, correct?

Care to provide a specific reference to the applicable NRS?
