I came across these Pre-Froeclosure and REO charts for the counties in Nevada. Y'all might find them of value.

This chart shows pre-forclosure numbers and the percentage of households they represent in each county in Nevada. Pre-foreclosure is the time between a foreclosure suit being filed and the bank actually taking the property back from the owner. The owners still have the home at this point and can rescue it. Not all end up losing the house.
This other chart shows REO numbers and the percentage of households they represent by county in Nevada. REO's are the properties that have been taken back by the lenders and were unable to be sold at a foreclosure auction. The previous owner no longer owns the house.
Anyway, the numbers are kinda' interesting. There's obviously lots of dynamics at play that have to do with building or the lack of building, the population of a county, the migration or lack of migration to that county over the past few years, and other factors.
