Default Advice on Manufactured Homes in Overton/Moapa Valley Area

I am new to these posts. I will be retiring in a few years and have been looking at the the Moapa valley, Overton, Mesquite area. I am from Chicago and really wantneed some peace and quiet. I, along with a friend, would like to put 2 manufactured homes on 2 acres. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks!
