I have a feeling the cap is going to be too much of a political issue, and will be blown out.

still available yeah?

any simple way to work out whether or not it's worth it to get solar?

what are the total rebates available and how much do you need to be paying in income tax to get them?

cost of a small solar install that gets you the rebates?

That's a load of questions

The simple answers are

1) You have money to spare?
If No, then don't get solar

you made it to question #2 congrats
2) How much electric do you use a month
If its under $100 a month, Then Don't get solar

TADA your at Question #3
3) Do you own your home with a South Facing roof
If no on either question, Don't get solar.
