In Nevada does the Right to Work have any impact on a contract company and it's no compete clause? For example, it states if I leave the contract company with whom I work through to be employed here in LV, I cannot work for my current employer for a year.... so does the NV Right to Work mean that section of my contract is void and I would be safe to leave the contract company and still work directly with my current employer? Thanks!

I don't believe that "Right to Work" addresses that at all:

"Nevada is a right-to-work state. Right-to-work laws prohibit agreements between labor unions and employers making membership in a union, or payment of union dues, a condition of employment. Fewer than half of the 50 states have such laws. ... Nevada's right-to-work law is found in NRS 613.230 through 613.300."
