One has to remember that the Rest of Nevada is close to non existent. About the same size as NLV. That is of no great import in the overall view. And the population of the RON is decreasing.

The standard split is Clark County, Washoe/Douglass County and RON

Carson City is generally included with Washoe/Douglas

Only 13 states tax Social Security.
