We are at the end of our purchase process and it has just been disclosed to us by our lender that our home is in a flood zone. This material fact was not disclosed by Listing Agent or our Agent. The address is 780 West Florida Street. Have their been foundation issues with flooding on this street? They are new homes going up on the block and I want to make sure we are okay. Thanks

Yes, we were out there for the very heavy rains a month or so ago. Some of the streets nearby had quite a bit of water, ours did not and the house was fine. There are expensive new homes going up on the block so I am feeling pretty good but since this was not disclosed, I wanted to ask here for your opinion. Thank you so much for your quick response. We are getting the Elevation Certificate today or tomorrow - I may come back to you once we have that. Warm regards, Debbie
