Probably a land shark, he's in WI, lands in Nv, your in ? Are you behind in Taxes? This is always a good way to hear from one of these guys, he might even own the tax lien on your property. If you want to sell, and he's offering a good price, you might want to consider it, but I'd bet $5 he'll low-ball you.

This is probably a variation on the "I want to buy your car and send it to Switzerland" scam. The Secret Service calls it the Nigerian Scam. Report it to your local Secret Service office, although the scammer is usually not in this country and nothing can be done about it. Just do not engage in conversation with those scam artists, or they'll have you taking money out of your bank account and sending it to them. They'll even send you a fake money order to deposit in your account. But since it is fake the bank holds you responsible for the money.

Do a search of good old Tony. If he's legit, he'll have some business dealings in his area and you can check the state's database for a corporation. If you have a local city where he's from, you can check his business license or go to the Recorder's Office website and look for information on him.
I'd do a thorough search of this person before making another move. If he's a crook, report him. There are enough of those scoundrels running around this country, raising havoc with honest people. Just my two cents.
