Post Anti-discrimination laws for employers?
Does anyone know if Nevada has an anti-discrimination law for protection of homosexual employees? I know Nevada is an "at will" state with the employers able to fire at a whim, but what I'm concerned about is whether or not it's considered illegal here to fire someone over issues with sexual orientation.
