I still disagree with you. If a criminal wants to commit a rape, he will find himself a victim. If you take the ladies off of the streets in downtown Reno then the rapist will look elsewhere to commit his crime.

How can you disagree with logic?

If there aren't any Playstation 3's at Best Buy then there can't be anyone stealing PS3's from best buy!

If there aren't any women out late at night on the streets then there can't be any rapes at night on those streets

Yes, he will look elsewhere, which means that the amount of rapes in Reno will decrease!

If there aren't any Playstation 3's at Best Buy then he will move on to Walmart or Game Stop or where ever else he can find one (there are other places in Reno where he can pick up a Playstation 3, maybe even your living room?).

If there aren't any ladies out on the street late at night then what is to stop a rapist from breaking into someone's home? Like I said, it isn't about sex for these guys. So you take the prostitutes off of the street. There are plenty of non-prostitute women out and about. I still don't think this is going to deter anyone who wants to commit a rape from doing so.

He will rape in daylight, in parking lots (including Best Buy), or invade homes. Still in Reno.

I actually think there are quite a few vigilante rapists who are basically moralists out to punish prostitutes and so targeting them exclusively. I also understand that legal brothels reduce but do not eliminate street prostitution for several reasons including the brothels simply declining to hire all the prostitutes, perhaps after some fail drug, green card, or STD tests. ABC/2020 did a big story based mostly in Reno.

Exactly! Wow...and to think I almost put u on iggy, lol.

I don't know the answers to your zoning questions..but help me understand. You are looking for someplace in Nevada, not far from civilization, with no schools (child free), has brothels (I am not against prostitution), and no one is gonna bug u about having junk in the yard or having to get permits to build onto the house? Am I understanding you correctly?

Have u actually seen Mound House?

No, I have never seen Mound House. Do they have junk in their yards? My sole interest in prostitution is actually that it would be very difficult for a town with legal brothels to get offended when I ask for contraception funding to save the environment from overpopulation. (junk is very environmental because it is recycling).

My view of Mound House has been from the road going to and from Carson City. It is up hill(or down, depending on which direction you are going) and you have to slow to a crawl while going thru there (posted speed limit). I avoid going that way to Carson City now, due to congestion on the road, and so things may have changed in the past yr or so since I have been through there.

I just tried Google Maps. I couldnt actually bring it up, I guess because it is so small. It is located on Hwy 50, between Carson City and Dayton.

I would rather see tax money from brothels go to funding county hospitals. Btw, I live in Yerington, the county seat for Lyon County in which Mound House is located.

And how, exactly, do you intend to "administer" this contraception?

that assumes that the particular town has legalized prostitution on a purely moral basis.....taint necessarily so......most legalized prostitution is because of the taxes and the licensing fees...it has nothing to do with the towns morality or family values.
