From what I've read, it's not the best idea to leave a trailer on your lot without someone around to guard it. Not saying that was your intention, just food for thought. I wish you many happy vacations and when the weather is hot, stay hydrated and maybe ride with a friend.

Also, having a trailer, or cabin, or house sitting vacant is an invite to mice and other rodents, some of the mice can carry the Hanta Virus. Catching Hanta Fever is generally fatal.

If you are going to have a trailer on site each time you visit you should wear a protective suit, breather mask and scrub the place down with a chlorine solution.

And never sweep the floor as that will stir up the dust wear the virus hangs out, use a wet mop.

(This goes for any empty building one finds out in the sticks in Nevada.)
