Default Which Towns in Nevada have no water issues?

Since the covered wagons are moving out of California and moving North and East which towns in Nevada are most desirable for the migrants?

Esmeralda. No water...no issues.

Any large geographic area that has no water flowing through it will have issues with water.

Almost all of Nevada is such an area.
