The more OHV areas the better. The plan proposes the dedication of a large OHV play area in the clay hills just north of Bowman Reservoir.

In my home state of Washington, pols were always telling us about open space, preserving green space, land preserves, smart growth, conservation, wetlands preservation, etc... Almost all of the land has been taken by fed/state/county/city governments or has been rendered undevelopable by various subdivision regs and such.

Now there's no land for people, and everyone is packed tightly in to the I-5 corridor. No one was ever compensated by the state or the counties for having their land taken from them.
