Hi. I just did a search for the subject and can hardly believe there were no results!

Does anyone know of an affordable retirement community in the Southern New Hampshire (Concord, Manchester) area, or in in Merrimack Valley that does not include mobile homes?

I really do want my own property, but may be forced to consider a townhome or condo.

Any help would be appreciated!

Try searching "nh over 55 parks". I got quite a few links with that. And no, not all of them were mobile home parks.

goat1of2: Thanks for the tip. Did you search google or another search engine, or C-D?

I used google. I chose not to post the links I found because many of them led to realtor's websites and I don't feel like giving them free advertising! But you will find such sites informative, I'm sure.
