as to income tax working in ME but living in NH...I am in that situation: working in Fryeburg, ME but living part-time (but my permanent residence is there) in Bartlett, NH. I do NOT live in ME any part of the year. I pay income tax in ME for the number of days that I actually worked in ME (not including days not worked such as holidays).
