Been very happy with my medical care in the state but none of the doctor's I've been dealing with could probably help in this area. Hope you find someone soon.

Danielle, I'm not familiar with PMDD, but have found that naturopaths tend to listen to the patient, and will think outside the box. The naturopath I've been working with consults regularly with other doctors, unlike so many traditional doctors who say "therapy" if they just don't understand what's wrong with a patient. I forget where in the state you're at, but this naturopath is located in Bedford and is a GEM! Happy to share her contact info in you want it

I was asking if anyone knew of a dr that was familiar with PMSS, because it's been over two months and I still haven't found one. @C2ShiningC- I have read that blog, but than you for your assistance.
@ MCNPA, I should have specified I am not looking for a psychiatrist. For those that have ever done research on PMDD in depth, you have found psychiatry isn't recommended treatment at all, as PMDD is a hormone sensitivity problem, not mental and/or emotional.
Sensible to have general assessment from your family doc, then perhaps see a psychiatrist to rule out underlying psych issue.
And see an ob/gyn for assessment if indicated.
Also look at lifestyle factors .....rest/nutrition/stress/exercise/relationships/work/social/alcohol
