Default New Job in Londonderry

Hello All
I am considering accepting a position in Londonderry and am in full "research mode". Looking for opinions on where to put down new roots. Catholic schools, low crime, decent commute distance, 4 bedroom house under 300K are all important. Appreciate any and all input. Currently in Berks County Pennsylvania. Thanks.

I may be able to address the real estate issue somewhat. Having just watched my daughter search for real estate in the Londonderry area, I can tell you that unless you are looking for an older house or one that needs TLC, 4 bedrooms
under 300k is a tough bill to fill. Here is the MLS for NH. You can check it out for yourself to see what is available in Londonderry and surrounding towns.

Good luck!

Thanks for the link. I guess I do realize there may have to be a compromise (i.e., put my two sons in bunkbeds). I'm also keeping an open mind about a handyman's special (if the right property would come around). Thanks.
