Looking to Rent a House in Keene/Swanzy Area
Hi all!
I posted on another thread recently about moving to the Keene area & now we know it's definitely going to happen. My husband starts his new position at his new company on Dec. 13th. We are looking to rent a 3-4 bedroom house (we can afford, I've seen the average prices) in the Keene/Swanzy area with at least a little land for our children to play and for me to erect a small greenhouse (I run an online nursery of rare plants) We are going to rent for maybe 2 years or more/less. We want to feel things out and take our time looking to buy. So, if anyone is about to or knows anyone who is about to put a house up for rent we are very interested potential candidates! My husband has also started working with a relocation specialist at his new company & they work with a particular firm but I wanted to put my feelers out there as well. We are flexible and can pay/take keys now to the end of January, but not later...too far for him to commute longer than that.
Any advice?? Leads?
Thanks!

Unfortunately, realtor.com can be outdated by several days. Good rentals move fast, so if you're looking for something that an agent has listed, check Northern New England Real Estate Network - Official Website of the Northern New England MLS instead. This is the MLS database, and is up to the minute on changes
