RE Appraiser recommendation (Claremont, Charlestown: foreclosures, house, buying)

I've just moved up to NH from the Pioneer Valley in MA. Looking to purchase a home somewhere within a40 minute commute of Claremont,NH where my better half works. We've found a FSBO house we like in Charlestown and need to find a professional RE Appraiser. Any ideas? Also, how can we find out about foreclosures without buying a subscription to some internet site?
