Just wondering about good vegetarian food along the seacoast....or anywhere in New Hampshire for that matter. This can include good asian, salad bars etc....have done the Warrens salad bar which is good, and Fresh City for some burritos etc. Any more ideas? Thanks in advance.

I like Friendly Toast in Portsmouth. They are not all Vegetarian but do have quite a bit of vegetarian options on the menu. I have not been there in about a year but I do not think that has changed. If you are a vegetarian who eats eggs and milk, in my opinion their omlets and french toast are great.

A vegetarian I know likes:
Flatbread Pizza Company - Portsmouth, NH (amazing place)

Not sure if your a strict vegetarian or not, just make sure you get your nutrients from other places if you dont eat meat. The problem of vitamin C deficiency (aka scurvy) is actually alive and well in North America.

I just ate at Flatbread Pizza Company in Portsmouth today, delicious vegan pizza, yum. Also there is a coffee shop, me and Ollies's, they have a couple of great sandwiches, panini and all of their soups are vegetarian.
