Conservative: Londonderry ...Windham ..Hollis ..Bedford ..Derry

Many more... upstate, avoid North Conway.. I think that tends to lean liberal. Instead, try Jackson, Tamworth, or a million other towns up that way.

I was from Methuen, MA, Then Derry, NH and currently Littleton, NH.
This state officially turned blue right after I got here.
The more North you go the more conservative it gets,
but that's not saying much... My neighbors put up Hillary signs.
(Makes us ill to look out the window now.)

They may as well take the "Live Free Or Die" off our license plates,
because it no longer represents the majority here.

The economy up here leaves something to be desired also.

Make sure you spend a LOT of time in the areas you are considering and try to talk to as many people as possible to get a feel for things.
Quite frankly, it's not that much different than MA.. Especially Southern NH.

That being said, I DO love the scenery here and will miss it.
Also, the people up North are a LOT more friendly and down to Earth compared to what you may be used to...
But that seems to be changing as the area grows.

I'm looking at Oklahoma now...
THAT'S a conservative place according to the locals.

M.

Computer Guy,
I'm a NH native living in Spokane, WA. It's pretty conservative here if that's what you're looking for. We can't stand it, but different strokes....
I know what you mean about the scenery in Littleton -- that was our last stop -- we miss it very much!

I dont quite get what you are getting at. Are you looking to move to NH from somewhere. If so, what is your price range and your job status.

If you need to be near Boston, I would look at Londonderry, Windham, Litchfield, or Bedford. If you do not need to be near Boston but want to be near Mancheste or Nashua, I would look at New Boston or Mount Vernon.

All of there are nice family-style towns with consertative roots. Most of the kids play sports and the families know eachother. You are also close to major population areas... manchester, nashua, boston area for jobs.

dont listen to these maniacs, new hampshire is the live free or die state. There isn't many regulations and laws anywhere you go. Our laws apply to every little town. So its all good. And why are you so content on the federal gov't not intruding on you, running from the law eh?

computer guy

actually the fact is that southern NH has turned more red since gores election.
more republicans now then there ever has been in rockingham county

lets just hope the special interest groups and liberals stay out of NH,

seems that people leaving mass are fed up with the liberal nanny state in your face politics and are moving southern NH
