New Hampshire foreclosures (Strafford: for sale by owner, house, buying)

I was wondering if anyone has gone through the process of buying a foreclosure at auction on the court house steps or sheriffs sale. I'm specifically looking for Strafford and Rockingham county.

- Anyone done this?
- Is this done at the courthouse?
- Are there lists available (online/paper)?
- Do they do it once a month? Every week? Etc...

I've seen them listed in the Union Leader. Also, the Federal auctions have a small amount in NH
