Default Maybe moving to New Hampshire

Hello All!

My husband and I are from AR and we may be moving to Manchester. Any info that you can give me would be helpful. We are looking at living downtown at The Residences at Manchester Place-I believe that is the name. Again any input is great! Thanks

I currently live in Manchester but I am not familiar with the residences. There are some nice areas in manchester, but if you have children i would look at other towns. If you are looking for ' city' fun life, It certainly is no Boston, you may want to come take a look before you make a choice. The city is undergoing good changes though, but there is still some work tobe done. I am not originally from NH, been here for 5 years. you may want to consider a town close to the city such as Bedford, londonderry, amherst (a bit further away.) good luck

Hi ARgirl94,

I am a realtor and just checked The Residents at Manchester Place website. These look beautiful. Drittreb is correct. If you have children you may want to look at the surrounding towns.

New Hampshire is a spectacular state. If I can be of any help let me know.

Default Things to do in Manchester

I just answered someone's question, so your next.
Manchester, has the Verizon Wireless Arena. It is a great place to see Concert and definately see the Manchester Monarchs Hockey team. It easy to get to and out.
The schools, your not going to get the Adam Sandler experience (yes he's from there. It's never been positive.

There's a recent blog from Jayne smithers regarding her bad experience from Ca. My wife was from Long Beach, she survived 14 years here, It can be a great place to raise a family, It is safe.
