The boys and I have been deer hunting every chance we get and have been jumping does daily. I decided to put my rifle down today and pick up the bow so I could have a shot at one of those antlerless deer. We'll as my luck goes there were no deer to be seen but this turkey came out just before sundown. This is my first ever turkey taken with a bow. The picture is not very good as it was dark when we got back to my buddies camp and he only has one light in the place. Then I had to haul butt to the check station before it closed. Looks like turkey dinner on Sunday.
