Default property tax rates

does anyone know (understand) the difference between total tax rate and full value tax rate? which one do you pay? also what is the equalization ratio for? thanks for any help.

I posed the same question recently.I was told total tax rate is combined rate of school, fire, county & state tax.
Full value tax rate is when your home is assessed at full market value-100 percent-
as required by state law. I dont know about the equalization ratio-I hope this helps a little
