If I recall correctly, the only stuff that wasn't legal were items like Everclear (though I think it was legal when I lived there years ago, I'm not sure about now), but then again, who really needs 96% grain alcohol? (unless they feel like taking a trip to the emergency room, or are using it for medical purposes in a hospital)

I do agree that the wine selection in MA was way better than NH... though my experience was long ago. But if still true, you can just buy it in MA and bring it up there... There is some BATF limit for the quantity, but I don't remember what it was. We got most of the good stuff over the internet.

There were a bunch of good fruit vineyards in southern VT... Putney, maybe.

I'm up in the Lincoln area quite often, no problem at all buying beer, wine., etc. As a matter of fact, I purchase extra to bring home with me, as I live in Mass & it's cheaper to buy in NH
