Wife and I are planning to move to New England. I was born in Keene, NH.....wayyyyy back when....and left about 50 years ago. Wife is Filipino....and hoping she will be eagerly accepted into the beautiful state of NH. Remembering when I was a kid......"outsiders" may or may not be welcomed in NH

I have a Philipino neighbor, married to a local who grew up here. They are both good people.

NH judges you buy the person you are, not where you were born or what you look like.

Come on up.

I don't think she will be made to feel unwelcome, it will probably take her a while to make close friends; NNE isn't necesarrily a warm and fuzzy area. The closest pinoy restaurant fo rher will be in Quincy, Mass.
