I am looking for reccomendations. We are moving into our condo in Laconia and I need to get some window treatments-blinds, curtains. etc. I would like to have someone come out with samples, measure and install-basically do it all.
I would prefer to give my business to a local NH company as opposed to Lowe's or other chain. Any suggestions? Thanks, Nicole |

There are a few out of concord, but I'll list the ones in Laconia. We did ours ourselves to save money-our landlord has a window fetish and there are 9 windows in just the living room.
Decorative Interiors - 370 Union av Laconia New Hampshire Interiors - 20 rt 25 meredith Modern Reflections - 8 Loudon road concord (Free in home consultation/interest free finance options/Blinds/shutters/upholstery/custom window treatments/bedding and accessories/ shutters/shades--Dorothy Quigley, window fashion consultant) There are a few more from surrounding towns in the window treatment section of our local phone book's yellow pages. I have the numbers if you would like me to send them in dm to you or list any more. Hopefully someone can personally recommend a great consultant from personal experience to help you better. ![]() |

Thanks Katlakat! I will research those places. Wow-nine windows just in the living room. I don't know if I have 9 windows in my entire condo! ![]() |

LOL It is a very unique house. The landlord puts in sun rooms for a living across NE-so what happens to those old windows he takes out before installation? they go in his shop. Of which, he put several on bare walls in this rental. I wish I could have snuck a pic of his shop. He led us to his house to pick up free furniture he offered to us. He has a shed the size of a 3900 sq 2 story house. It was gigantic. And there was a window every foot on both floors, that's roughly 46 windows. Just on the front of the place. He has a thing for windows. You are so welcome to have any. A truck parked out in the forest in our driveway has another 60 windows stacked inside. I'm sure he'd never miss them. LOL
