Default Pittsfield rental and general info?
I now think I can buy a decent 3 unit rental house in Pittsfield but not sure of the current market there and the potential for rental income. Anyone know if it's a desireable and reasonable place to live? Don't wanna get stuck with a place I can't rent out. Any ideas on how much rent goes for there and the general outlook of that area?

Pittsfield, New Hampshire

Here is the community profile for Pittsfield. Its not far from where I am at, we just haven't ventured there yet. We just left Pittsfield, Illinois, so we weren't motivated to visit a town in NH by the same name. LOL. Hopefully someone has been through there and can paint a picture for us. Otherwise, if we're bored Sunday I'll take a drive out there and snap pictures for you.

Boscoo, Also check out the Concord Monitor. You can search pittsfield apts/houses for rent to give you an idea of rental prices and the number of rentals on the market
