Seems like a good deal, just paying for the MLS service and realtor.com

Only thing your are missing is a realtor to sell it in. But I dont see many people these days who care about that anymore. I bought my last place by finding it at realtor.com myself.

Will services like this ruin the realtor industry? in time yes. i think in the future you will see many brokers, all doing this, and few agents. Its sad, but hey, thats life.
