I recently just signed a lease for 1 yr. 1 day ago and I want to get out of the lease I haven't even moved anything in yet I wanted to know if I would be able to get my money back

read your lease agreement. Most leases have a clause for termination within first 30 days. I think it's the law in a few states, not sure about NH though. You may also research renter's rights in NH

Did you read it first? Most leases have 'termination clauses" describing how to stop the lease. Some of these may be quite expensive.
