Can someone let me know about schools in Central NH? If you know anything, good or bad..I am talking about towns like Loudon, Contoocook...I have a child who will 'probably' need special ed help and I have heard mixed things about NH education.
I would appreciate any replies. Thanks. |

Hi, I live in Salisbury New Hampshire, which is on the suburbs of Concord. The Merrimack County school system was rated the best middle/high school for 2005 I believe. If I had young children, I would stay away from Nashua and Manchester if possible. Concord is a more rural city with a laid back atmosphere and less crime, yet still within commuting distance for jobs. Most towns north of Manchester up to and including the surrounding towns around Concord are a safe bet and close enough to shopping.....country living within commuting distance. It's great!
