For those of you with your sights on this humble northern New Hampshire town, I have some basic info. I went there on several vacations during the summer, and I gotta to say, it's a nice town.
-The population is small, but your basic needs are fulfilled in town.
- The Kangamangus Highway is nearby, where you can travel on and see the sights of Loon Mountain.
-The black bear population is higher than the human population (no, just kidding

). But you will see quite a few black bears up there. And don't worry, they're more afraid of you than you are of them.
-The northern-NH-famous (or in some ways, infamous) Moose Tours are located there, and you take a bus with a group and you travel around at night looking for, well, moose.

The infamous part comes from its incredibly annoying 'Kid-Friendly Moose Songs' that the guide just happens to put on. You also watch this not-so-interesting educational video on moose life. I would still recommend the tour despite these minor set-backs.
-An excellent restaurant is right in town that you won't find anywhere else. Woodstock Station provides quality diner food for all meals of the day. I recommend it no matter how long you plan to stay in Lincoln for. The restaurant obviously is located in Woodstock, right next to Lincoln.
-A small candy store, also in Woodstock (not far from the restaurant, as a matter of fact), supplies some of the best brand name candies available. Not just brand name, but some great basic sweets. Check it out.
Any questions about Lincoln or Woodstock, I'll do my best to answer them.
