Default Nottingham

Anyone know anything about Nottingham, NH? I was looking at the Bean groups web site and a lot of nice homes in this town showed up. How far is it from the ocean? Are there many young couples in the area? Shopping nearby? Really any info. you could provide would be great!
Thanks

Nottingham itself is pretty much off the beaten path BUT close to towns that have more in the way of businesses, etc (Northwood, Raymond & Epping, depending on which end of Nottingham you live). There are some really beautiful homes in Nottingham, very nice and convenient that Pawtuckaway State Park is right there, beautiful clean lake, bike trails, etc. Not too far from the beach (ocean) easy enough to pick up Rte 101 to head to Hampton area, or Rte 4 to head to beaches in Kittery, Wells Maine...

If I can answer any Q's for you, feel free to ask, I'm around...

There's a Walmart in Raymond. And a bunch of shopping off of the 101 Exeter exit.

I didn't know there was a Wal-Mart in Raymond, do you know when it opened? I have clients in Raymond who have mentioned the truck traffic from the Wal-Mart distribution center in Raymond. There's a super Wal-Mart in Epping...

I think you're right. I'm wrong. I just see it when I drive 101. It very well could be Epping.
