Looking for a house...
Basically we are looking for anything along I-89 between Lebanon NH and Concord NH. We would go into VT if the property was a no-brainer. Hell, we will go all the way down 89, along 93 and 101 over to Portsmouth and the NH coast! IT IS ALL ABOUT THE PROPERTY! We also have all the skills and desire to fix the interior and landscaping of a place. No problem! So long as the bones are solid and there is no mold or radon or whatever... we are good. We can do floors, tiles, paint etc.
150K max. NO trailers.
