One of the local Harley dealerships ( actually New Hampshires oldest) was having a drive in car and bike show with some stunters for entertainment so we thought we would have a look

While there I sat on one of these. The recently introduced custom Sporty 72' swith the apes and metalflake paint

Take a gander at the sticker and wonder what the hell is wrong with these people.. I love Sportsers..BUT it is a SPORTSTER.. not a .. never mind, as long as fools are willing to part with t heir hard earned money..whatever

Any.. we did see a few nice cars, some stunting and such

We then zipped down 129 to visit a place we heard about the Sanborn Mill Farm, right onto Pittsfield road then down, what else another dirt road

A roadside

Makris Lobster and Steakhouse is a known favorite among the local biker community.. THICK chowdah

Last smoke break before the ride home

One biker died Friday, slamming himself into both a stone wall then tree, another was struck by a hit and run driver, and yet another was involved in an accident we passed by at the junction of 106 and 3 in Pembroke.

Linda and I were blessed with safe travel and a beautiful day..ride, enjoy it while you can.

Yikes, I thought the best selling point of a Sportster was that it was well under $10K. I got my Dyna for less money than that Sportster. Wonder if it will sit in that dealer's showroom for forever at that price.

The weather has been really glorious up in NH this week! I really enjoyed my drive on Rtes. 107 and 43 today around Candia and Deerfield. I saw a lot of motorbikes at the Lazy Lion.

OK. Where was that dealer and that farm? I have a newish scoot (sold the Kawasaurus) and am doing a lot of riding NE of Manchester. Let's ride together some day.

PS: I, like the other poster, suggest you get together with a publisher and an editor and do something with all your great photos.
