Question Looking for a Thomas Kinkade type B&B

I am looking for a unique Bread and Breakfast in New Hampshire/Vermont area that is reminiscent of the Thomas Kinkade paintings. I would also like to know the best time to visit that area when I will be assured of snow.

Well, Kinkade had a surrealism about his paintings that may be hard to duplicate, but my vote is for the Rosewood Country Inn in Bradford, NH. Absolutely gorgeous place and very private. Check out their website. You won't be disappointed.

Most times in late December thru February will surely get you snow. You just have to hit on the right time weatherwise, it's hard to predict.

Well this isnt in the New England area, but if you are ever in Pismo Beach Calif...here is the place to stay!! It is goregous(sp?). It was made to look like a little Thomas Kinkade villiage. It is up on a cliff, and in the morning the fog rolls in..it is just beautiful.

Wink This ones in ME., but wait till you see it...

I stayed near that "Inn By The Sea" in Pismo Beach before! I had to go to a wedding in Napa Valley and then we took off along the coast and ended up staying along Pismo Beach, I remember seeing this Inn, it was really beautiful looking to me too, I wouldn't mind staying there myself some day!

If you ever get the chance; it's not in New Hampshire or Vermont unfortunately, this particular B&B/Inn is in York Harbor, Maine, it's my favorite one to have dinner in, I'd LOVE to stay here some day, but we live right near it, do ya think we'd do that? Course not, so all of you out there? Would you make it a point to make reservations here, then when you get back? Let me know what you thought of it! I'm telling you, this place is absolutely beautiful; the dining room is out of this world good too for dinner on Wednesdays to Sunday nights, so remember this one good! You won't be disappointed one bit, this couple did such an awesome job with their stunning place! This B&B's called "The Chapman Cottage B&B and it's located at 370 York St., along coastal Rt 1A in York Harbor, ME 03911, Ph: 207-363-2059, Toll Free: 1-877-363-2059.

Here's their site to show you what I mean about it a little more, wait till you see it... And if you get the chance on this site, look for the Boston Globe article and click it on? It's underneath one of the pictures on the site, look for testimonials and you'll get it, it's all about this stunning place and their dining room; this article will give you a good idea of their cuisine here.

I know the perfect one! The 1806 Inn at Mt Sunapee. Quaint Inn with fireplaces, library and cozy rooms. Nice gardens too. It is in Newbury NH and is at the base of Mt Sunapee Ski Area. It's snowing in some spots of NH now. I would wait well into January if you want to be assured snow. Of course the last few years have been less than exciting for snow fall.

My pick would be The Candlelite Inn. My husband and I stayed there 2 weeks ago. Here is the review I wrote about them.
