I'm surprised no one has explicitly pointed how this "free" vehicle will undoubtedly cost the city plenty of money over it's lifetime. Money for scheduled maintenance, training, and repairs. It probably doesn't amount to much until the vehicle gets old and "needs" to be replaced.
Just like the 'free' drones that were given to the state of New Hampshire...
