Clearly the people at Forbes do not understand the negative attributes and consequences of HPD (high population density). I think it's worse than HPV.

Thinking about this, the city that is closest in NH to Boston in feel is Portsmouth. One could live without a car if one wanted to (not sure why that is an advantage) and can get on a train that goes to Boston. Lots of beaches nearby with convenient access to ski areas in NH....
