Pleasant st, Littleton (Concord, Londonderry: for sale, real estate, rentals)

Valerie C, you seem pretty knowledgable in the Littleton area, can you (or anyone else) tell me about multi's on Pleasant St? There seems to be a few for sale there and not sure of the area, (good rentals, busy road....) Any info would help.

You may be thinking of someone else, I post quite often about Londonderry and southern NH but my knowledge fades quickly once above Concord...

I think I remember other people here being from Littleton, Dare to Dream maybe? Or you might try the search feature (middle option up above in white letters) and just type in Littleton. Sorry, wish I could help more

Boscoo - I'm not Valerie (obviously <g>) but we live about 3 streets from Pleasant Street. It's not one of the "main streets" in town (which to me would be either 302 or 116), but if it's the street I think it is, it is right off Main Street and is easy to get to the main street and other areas from there.

If you want to DM me the link to those multi's, feel free and I'll at least do a "drive by" tomorrow or Saturday to see what they look like in person from the outside.

If you'd like, I can DM you the name of the realtor who found us our home. He worked his butt off for us during the holiday season, no less, and was very honest with us regarding a lot of the places we looked at - we would find something on the real estate sites and call him - he showed us every one we wanted to see, even if he felt it was not something we would really like "in person" and he was sooo patient with us <g>.

Ah, DareToDream, new screen name? I think I recognize that <g> !! Ok, not related to the thread...

boscoo (nice name): good luck on your research. Someday I would like to visit Littleton, since it's the hometown of Eleanor H. Porter, the author of Pollyanna. DareToDream, do they really have a festival in the summer in celebration of this? I read it somewhere...also, there's a bronze statue, near the library? I really enjoy things like that. Thanks, Boo

Yes, they really do have a Pollyanna Day here in Littleton - it's in June and there really is a statue right out in front of the library with Pollyanna's arms flung wide open <g> Here's a link to the statue: Pollyanna of Littleton New Hampshire
