JFR - Looks and sounds like you had a great time! It took you so long to post, I was afraid you really DID toss a baseball on stage with a bra attached and we WOULD have to raise bail money for you!

Hey JFR, those pictures are great!! I saw ZZ Top years and years ago--them boys just don't seem to age much, do they? Overall it sounds like you had a fantastic time--can't believe you've gone off to bed so early!! Glad that was a good time for you and DW!!

ok i'm back. and yes i am getting old and i was very sore from all the walking around the fair grounds for 9 hours, it's a huge fair..

Yes, it is a huge fair! I was at the NYS fair many moons ago and couldn't believe how bit it was then - I imagine it's grown since then...so I guess you're allowed to go to bed early after that  |

Ya, it's huge. and it figures that the grandstands we had to walk to was way in the back. felt like it was a mile from the front gate...lol..not to mention all the walking around we did getting 3 hours early.. it was the first time i had been to that fair and i couldn't beleave how big the fair grounds were..all i can say is incredable... |

rainbow...
Here's a couple of shots of a rainbow that appeared over Barnstable Airport in Hyannis the other day. It had just rained cats and dogs and as soon as I took these, it was gone. I lucked out!
