Hehehe - I don't think so - we just bought the house in February of 2007 (closed and moved during the Valentine's Day blizzard!). I think we'll hang onto it a bit longer. The realtor we went through was great - we'd been looking at houses for a couple of months and he was soooo patient with us, got to know us. We looked at two other houses the same day we looked at this one - hubby wanted to make an offer on one of the others, but the realtor said..."Wait....I saved the best for last...." He knew I wanted neighbors, hubby wanted woods and hubby wanted enough room for his music studio. One of the rooms in the one house could have been used as a music studio, there were neighbors and some trees, but not many....When we were shown this house, we knew it was the one

It's my absolute favorite feeling when a Buyer Client walks into a house (whether it's the 3rd or 53rd we've seen together) and they just KNOW that this is the one, and they truly LOVE the home. I'm glad you had an agent who got to know you and what you were looking for, and I hope you have many happy years and memories in your home

Thank you Valerie - Hubby and I both thought we had put the poor guy through the wringer, but he kept saying, "no, no, I enjoy this, you guys are fun to work with" <g>....He obviously really got to know us and he knew what would make us happy. He just grinned from ear-to-ear when we walked into this house

They're building several others near me. In fact, the land behind me is going to be built up (2 acre lots or so, 2000-2400 sq ft houses...)

What beautiful pictures yall! I've just been lurking here finding out more about your great state. Never been all the way up there but the boyfriend is from Boston and we've been discussing meeting in the middle( well kind of) and me moving north(dread) but moving to rural NH so that it would be New England for him but the country for me. I really am looking forward to my visit up there to check things out after seeing all these beautiful pictures!

Hey everyone!! I thought I would share a bit of sunshine with you all. With the up and coming snow storm headin your way, I thought you guys would like to look at a sunny So Cali day. Today my family and I went to The Getty Museum.

Yes I know these arent of NH. I dont have any yet. So I thought I would share a bit of my home with everyone. BTW, The Getty is sooo huge. I didnt do it justice with the pics I took. It is very beautiful. If you are ever out in So Cali, you should go check it out. Enjoy.

Wow. I live in Alaska and have been off work with an injury for the last week, semi snowed in (not that I have anywhere to go anyway), so I've been prowling through the other state forums. These photographs are incredible...beautiful state you've got.

We do have a beautiful state. Although I have never been to Alaska, I have seen tv shows and pictures and Alaska is a very beautiful state as well
